職位描述

工作內容:

  1. 負責分管船舶的調度、動態跟踪、溝通聯繫等業務;

  2. 負責起草船舶航次指令,在營運調度指導下,負責同船舶、代理和租家的日常、普通往來報文;

  3. 負責分管船舶掛港資料的收集,跟進船舶航次計劃、進出港靠泊計劃並及時轉發公司各部門;

  4. 在營運調度指導下跟進貨運單證簽發、放貨操作等貨運文件的跟踪監控;

  5. 負責委託港口代理,安排港口使費、燃油款及其它費用的支付,安排船舶交還船檢驗,協助安排武裝保安隨船護航等;

  6. 負責航運系統資料的錄入及數據維護,船舶報文的審核及入庫,月底報的審核及入庫,月度預結算及完成航次的結算,營運部文件歸檔,航次郵件歸檔;

  7. 參與蒐集、跟踪、統計市場信息,編寫市場報告,參與各類乾散貨航運市場相關的專題會議,協助公司船隊的經營情況分析與市場研究工作;

  8. 收集租船市場信息、租約校對、成交記錄系統錄入,協助跟進租船合同的執行情況;

  9. 判斷市場走勢,協助制定科學有效的經營策略,參與船隊經營、貨載攬取等業務;

  10. 承辦公司領導、部門總經理或副總經理交辦的其它工作。

任職要求:

  1. 本科及以上學歷,有航運管理、航海技術、交通運輸管理、國際貿易等專業背景,全日制海事院校畢業優先。

  2. 有航運行業背景和工作經驗者優先。

  3. 英語溝通與郵件寫作能力流利,具備出色的表達與商務溝通能力。

  4. 熟練掌握辦公軟體操作,具備紮實的文檔處理與數據管理能力。

  5. 溝通協調能力強,具備優秀的團隊合作精神與強烈的責任心,能適應船舶全球營運的時差工作節奏,抗壓能力強。


    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the dispatch, dynamic tracking, communication, and liaison of assigned vessels.

    2. Draft voyage instructions for vessels. Under the guidance of operations dispatchers, handle routine daily correspondence (messages) with vessels, agents, and charterers.

    3. Collect port call information for assigned vessels, follow up on voyage plans and berthing/unberthing schedules, and promptly disseminate this information to relevant departments.

    4. Under the guidance of operations dispatchers, follow up on the issuance of shipping documents, cargo release operations, and monitor the status of shipping documentation.

    5. Appoint port agents, arrange payments for port disbursements, bunker costs, and other expenses. Coordinate delivery/redelivery surveys for vessels. Assist in arranging armed security guards for vessel escorts.

    6. Input data into the shipping operating system and maintain data integrity. Review and archive vessel messages and end-of-month reports. Perform monthly pre-settlements and finalize voyage settlements. Manage the filing of departmental documents and voyage-related emails.

    7. Participate in collecting, tracking, and analyzing market information; prepare market reports. Attend various dry bulk shipping market-related seminars and meetings. Assist in analyzing the company's fleet operational performance and market research.

    8. Collect chartering market information, perform charter party checks, input fixture details into the system. Assist in monitoring the execution of charter parties.

    9. Analyze market trends to assist in formulating effective operational strategies. Participate in fleet management and cargo acquisition activities.

    10. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership, the Department General Manager, or Deputy General Manager.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for backgrounds in Shipping Management, Nautical Science, Transportation Management, International Trade, etc. Graduates from full-time maritime academies are highly preferred.

    2. Prior experience in the shipping industry is preferred.

    3. Fluent in English communication and email writing. Possess excellent expression and business communication skills.

    4. Proficient in MS Office suite. Solid documentation processing and data management skills.

    5. Strong communication and coordination skills. Excellent teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to adapt to working across time zones due to global vessel operations. Strong ability to work under pressure.
