Sales Operation Executive

 Responsibilities:

• Report to Section Manager
• Assist on PSI report, sales forecast, order and delivery management
• Follow direct customer and/or distributor as assigned
• Perform sales operation support with different teams and daily system operation works
• Regular customer visit for existing and new business
• Maintain relationship with valuable customers
• Provide back-end sales support
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in business and logistic flow
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Japanese firm would be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and 中文輸入法
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills and can work under pressure
• Willing travel to China when necessary
• Immediately available is preferred
