Senior Education Services Consultant (from $320,000 per year)

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer professionally enquiries from parents, students and referring agencies
• Provide seamless solutions and services to help students succeed in their education choices
• Follow up with a defined student base to enhance continuous service and new education needs
• Prepare reports related to student recruitment
• Participate in projects as agreed with supervisor for all non-academic posts

 Essential Qualities

• Bachelor or above with at least 2 years of sales experience of preferably in the service industry
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Possess problem-solving skills and good listening skills to provide seamless and professional education solutions and services
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A good team player and good interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Supervisor
