Job Duties:
- Request, follow up, and analyze QC issues for OEM products from various ports.
- Create and execute internal test plans during product development and report findings.
- Conduct OEM factory audits and monitor improvement progress.
- Collaborate with external labs for testing and follow up on results.
- Handle and reply quality-related issues between factories and/or internal departments.
- Oversee daily operations of the QC team to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Review and suggest revisions for product labels and instructions.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Business).
- 8 years of experience in QA, preferably in pharmaceuticals or supplements, less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above) is an advantage.
Willing to travel (1-2 times quarterly)
