Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support
- Oversee daily operations for client accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping in systems
- Liaise with external customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Prepare client billing and generate relevant reports
Perform ad-hoc support if required
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, or logistics within a multinational company is preferred; Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Strong communication skills and presentable, ability to work under pressure
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
