Client Executive (Account Servicing, MMA)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling general and employee benefits insurance of SME/Commercial clients
• Responsible for client servicing including day to day insurance program management, risk management consultative service, claims management and relationship building
• Deliver appropriate products and services in response to customer’s risk management and insurance needs
• Handle documentation, e.g. quotation, placement and policy etc.
• Support future development of agency team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business, risk management, insurance or equivalent disciplines
• Holder of ACII, ANZIIF or FLMI (or with substantial progress)
• 2- 5 years’ experience in insurance industry
• Excellent client and transactional management skills
• Stable and mature
• Proactive and self-motivating
• Good PC Skills, including Chinese word processing
• Good Command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
