Senior Shipping Coordinator (Consumer Products & Sundries)

Job Requirements:

• Must be familiar with banking documents shipments such as D/P, D/A, L/C etc.
• Documentation formalities pertaining to shipments
• Arranging shipment and follow up with factories
• Co-coordinating all shipping activities for numerous clients
• EXCELLENT COMMAND IN WRITTEN & SPOKEN ENGLISH, CANTONESE & MANDARIN SKILLS
• Good knowledge of all documentation formalities pertaining to shipments
• Minimum 3 year experience in a manufacturer, trading company, or multinational export company’s shipping department
• Experience in making all relevant shipping documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team leader who exhibits leadership qualities and is able to work under pressure and within time constraints
• Willing to travel to China and other destinations
• Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email) etc)

• Permanent Hong Kong ID card Holder.
• Flexible working times and willing to work after hours if needed.

Key requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder, with at least 3 year of relevant experience
• Good understanding on global Markets
• Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with counterparts
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office Applications
