Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
- Provide customer service duties such as greeting visitors, handling phone calls and enquiries
- Prepare business correspondences and management reports
- Coordinate various HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee record
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for daily operation
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Secretarial, business administration, communications, translation
- At least 3 years of experience in providing secretarial service and office administration field
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese & English word processing
- Efficient, responsible, detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated, and independent
