Admin
· Responsible for office meeting arrangement and relative documents consolidation, printing, distribution and filing.
· Take responsibility of non-trade material purchasing, fix assets management and vendor management.
· Take responsibility of staff’s travel arrangement and booking. Make sure all travels are following the group travel policy.
· Work proactively with internal dept. and Vendors as appropriate to deliver better cost effectiveness in all areas of Office Management
· Handle building lease and fitment issue to ensure the office environment and facility compliant to operational requirements; Handle admin related projects.
· In charge of overall management in areas of office security, safety, environment hygiene, facilities readiness and admin services.
· Organize staff activities such as annual dinner and team building.
· Any ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager
Personal Assistant to President
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to President, APAC
· Organize and manage President’s appointment, business meeting
· Travel arrangement for President and senior management from headquarter
· Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, business proposal and presentation material etc.
· Liaise, coordinate and follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations and personal matters
· Ensure office administration and operation smooth and efficient
· Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
