Operations Officer

· Sales & Account Management:

· Proactively develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.

· Handle quotations, order processing, and follow through the entire sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.

· Procurement & Supplier Management:

· Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, purchase ordering, and delivery tracking.

· Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness.

· Optimize procurement processes and effectively manage inventory levels.

· Operations Management & Coordination:

· Coordinate the sales order and warehouse fulfillment process to ensure smooth operations.

· Work closely with the Accountant and Warehouse staff to optimize workflows.

· Analyze sales and inventory data, prepare operational reports, and assist in business strategy formulation.

Requirements

· Diploma or above in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in both sales and procurement.

· Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

· Self-motivated with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and relevant business software.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced SME environment and take on a leadership and coordination role.
