Security Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Team and provide pre-sales support for Cybersecurity Solutions and Managed Security Services (MSS). Additionally, as a Security Specialist, you will identify client needs and propose solutions that meet those needs.

 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and qualify opportunities for Cybersecurity Solutions and Managed Security Services (MSS)

• Provide pre-sales support for Cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.

• Understand the client's requirements and design appropriate security solutions.

• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Cybersecurity solutions.

• Assist in developing proposals and statements of work for prospective clients.

• Work with clients to understand their existing security infrastructure and provide recommendations on enhancing it.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Cybersecurity industry

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales support

• Experience with security technologies, including Identity Protection, Endpoint Management, DLP, Data Protection, CASB

• Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Microsoft certification in relevant technologies is a plus

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate available is highly preferred
