K. Wah International Holdings Limited ("KWIH"), listed in Hong Kong in 1987, is an integrated property developer and investor with a foothold in Hong Kong, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions. KWIH encompasses a portfolio of premium residential developments, Grade-A office towers, retail complexes, hotel and serviced apartments.

As one of the active property developers in Hong Kong, KWIH has approximately 10,000 residential units under its current Hong Kong development portfolio. With strong experience in developing projects involve lands from the government as well as participating in MTR property development and Urban Renewal Authority projects, we will continue to deliver premium projects built to an uncompromising standard of quality and innovation.

To cope with our on-going business expansion, we are looking for high calibre young talent with great potential and ambition to take up this role with great challenges, yet also comes with once in a lifetime exposure.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations and business performance for a portfolio of hi-end luxurious residential clubhouses
  • Prepare budget and outlook for revenues, expenses and manpower for the clubs operations
  • Responsible for all day-to-day club operations including housekeeping, service standard, maintenance, marketing, sport & event facilitates
  • Proactively explore and identify opportunities to generate revenues through creative events and collaborative promotion activities
  • Manage and oversee F&B outlets, formulate & implement strategies for the outlets to maximize performance and achieve targets
  • Deliver first class service on a consistent basis and enhance member experience and satisfaction
  • Plan and implement short & long-term section objectives concerning the following: Guest Satisfaction, Business Plan, Staff Training Plan, Standard Operating Procedures and other related matters
  • Creating new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
  • Building and maintaining positive relationship with the owners, local community, neighborhood associations, and related working partners
  • Able to be handing emergency situations
  • Perform superior’s ad hoc assignment

Requirement:

  • Bachelor/Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree graduate, preferably in Hospitality Management, Property Management or Sports Recreation
  • At least 8 years solid experience in clubhouse and F&B Management, sales and marketing background would be plus
  • Excellent communication, guest service, complaint handling, problem-solving and coaching of frontline staff
  • Prepare month ends reports, surveys, trends, operations statistics that serve to support future projects for management review
  • Well organized and attention to detail
  • Qualified First Aider is an advantage
  • Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
