Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operation of company properties, perform daily building management and inspection services;
  • Structure improvement (such as maintenance, cleaning and security team); and supervise the execution of the property team's work to maintain the smooth operation;
  • Liaise with external service contractors, obtain quotations, and carry out daily and temporary maintenance and repair works; monitor the performance of service contractors to ensure the quality of work and Comply with the guidelines and policies;
  • Handle paperwork of the property management department, drafting/filing contracts; summarizing inspection problems and reporting regularly;
  • Answer inquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from tenants;
  • Perform any other urgent duties and complete other tasks assigned.

  • 完善物業管理團隊架構,(如維修部、清潔部及保安團隊),并監督物業團隊工作執行,維持公寓的順利運作;
  • 與外部服務承包商聯絡對接,獲取報價,進行日常及臨時保養及維修工程;監督服務承包商表現,確保工作質量並遵守準則政策;
  • 負責物業管理部文書工作,起草/歸檔合約;匯總巡樓問題並定期匯報;
  • 回答租戶諮詢,處理投訴,提供資訊/活動,並解決居民/租戶提出的問題;
  • 履行任何其他緊急職責,完成上級交辦的其他工作。


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, property management/hotel management or related disciplines are preferred;
  • Good in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
  • No less than 5 years of property management-related work experience, candidates with experience in hotel/serviced apartment business are preferred;
  • Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances;
  • Candidates with Qualifications Framework-recognized qualifications in property management is preferable;
  • Candidates with Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is preferable;
  • Proficient in using Office;
  • Excellent execution, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 大學學士學位含以上, 物業管理/酒店管理或相關學科優先;
  • 良好粵語,普通話及英語;
  • 不少於5年物業管理相關工作經驗,有酒店/服務式公寓業務經驗者優先;
  • 瞭解BMO、DMC及相關條例;
  • 擁有認可的物業管理相關執照優先;
  • 持有物業一級牌照優先考慮;
  • 熟練使用Office工具;
  • 優秀執行力,人際交往和溝通能力。

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer. 經驗較少者將被考慮為物管專員。
