Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist to deliver full scope of HR service, including but not limited to recruitment,  C&B and employee relations by project base and other project issue support.
  • Support recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing candidates from different channels, coordination of job interviews, on & off-boarding process and preparing employment contracts.
  • Handle monthly payroll, final payment and MPF administration, leave and attendance records, annual tax returns, employee compensation and related matters.
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating personnel information and related files.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as maintaining scan & filing document systems, uniform stock takes and record, deposit handling, tendering and correspondence.
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1 year solid experience in HR & Admin. sector, preferably in public service, retail or F&B industry.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;
  • Good knowledge in eMPF processing.
  • Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and customer-oriented;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred


5 days work, remuneration package will be subject to the experience.
