Administration Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between teams and client, to perform seamless operation
  • Assisting with Client enquiries (email, mail, phone etc)
  • Assist in preparing business reports and Perform general office administration
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and perform other duties as assigned by Department head
  • Report to management regularly and time of all related issues
  • Maintaining CR records and Registers; liaising with HKG Companies Registry (filing Annual Returns) and BRC; drafting Board &/or Shareholder Minutes;  follow up on annual Audit planning and IRD Tax Returns; liaison with registered agents in other jurisdictions

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 1 years relevant experience
  • Detail-minded, energetic, adaptable with good organization skills;
  • Able to work independently and play as a team member;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • With less experiences will be considered as Junior
