Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries

Prepare quotation and enter data in the system

Support Sales team for daily logistics and transportation arrangements
Job Requirements:

DSE/HKCEE or above
-
Experience in telemarketing/ customer services/call centre is an advantage
-
Customer-oriented, good telephone manner, strong communications and interpersonal skills
-
Solid knowledge in computer products is a definite asset

Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
