Responsibilities

• Promote and grow sales of the company’s products focusing on OEM custome.
• Manage sales activities and increase customer base to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and deliver new growth opportunities and business.
• Support Product Management, providing technical counsel and clarification of customer requests.
• Manage issues raised by customers and provide solutions/resolutions.
• Attend relevant trade shows and provide support at group events.
• Perform other related duties as required or requested by management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent; a Master’s in Engineering or Science is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in sales and marketing.  Good sales in exports is an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Result-oriented, strong in problem-solving, and self-motivated.  Experience in team management is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, optimistic, persistent, and professional.
• Willingness to travel frequently - Travel will be required for this role, both domestically and internationally.
• Frequent travel to Dongguan, China.
