Job Description
Our Client, an industry-leading global consumer packaged goods company with 20+ brands in fitness, outdoor, sporting goods and foot-care product categories is hiring a Sales & Operations Assistant Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations that provide actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Help perform competitor benchmarking to gather insights into pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Business Planning.
  • Support direct manager and channels sales function with marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and implement channel product and sales promotion activities and events for partners and/or customers to support channel(s) in achieving sales target.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Provide support for team operations, including administrative tasks and inter-departmental follow-ups.

Must be able to develop collaborative, cross-functional relationships, demonstrate strong analytical skills and prioritize effectively.

Requirements

  • Basic English reading and writing skills are required, with the ability to handle business documents in both Chinese and English being a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Excel (vlookup & pivot table) is a must.
  • Meticulous and organized, with good time management skills and multitasking experience.
  • Service-oriented, proactive in following up on tasks and reporting progress to superiors.
  • Candidates with experience in building materials sales will be given priority.
