Sales Application Engineer

We are seeking a Sales Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT/AV background who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting our APAC sales teams and clients throughout the entire sales cycle—from pre-sales consultation to post-sales support and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to APAC sales teams and end users during the pre-sales phase

• Support integrators and end users during installation and integration

• Deliver technical assistance in the after-sales phase to ensure user satisfaction

• Train APAC sales colleagues, integrators, and end users on the technical aspects of our solutions
• Collaborate with suppliers on technical issues and coordinate with European counterparts as needed
• Assist with other topics as required

Requirements

• Strong IT/AV background
• Deep understanding of IT/AV systems and general knowledge of common market solutions

• Ability to grasp complex issues related to USB-C technology, unified communications, and cloud platforms

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
