Supervisor - IT infrastructure team

Job Description:

• Evaluate and recommend optical network solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and technological advancements.
• Oversee the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of networks and security
• Work closely with Development team/internal clients to understand the requirements and deliver tailored optical network security and solutions.
• Work with internal teams and 3rd party service provider to drive the network infrastructure setup for project and daily operation
• Drive continuous improvement of Data Center by planning, developing, and updating the lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Solid experience with design, implementation and support on (Microsoft Windows AD, Azure, 365) complex networks, including network & firewall devices (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance
