Leasing Manager, Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and execution of asset management for commercial and retail portfolios in Hong Kong, including market positioning, identifying and sourcing tenants, handling lease negotiations, managing tenants’ daily operations and marketing collaborations, overseeing property management services by outsourced partners and malls promotions by outsourced marketing agencies
• Identify potential areas of asset enhancement initiatives and work
• Lead ESG initiatives by collaborations with cross departments
• Prepare monthly reforecast and annual business plan (ABP) of handled portfolios

• Any other duties or special projects assigned by the Company

  
  

Position Requirements

Competencies:(knowledge and soft skill requirements):

• Share the same vision with Company in the role of Real Estate Asset Management in different stages of different real estate investment vehicles
• Passion in working asset management field of commercial and retail portfolio in a Hong Kong-based private equity fund
• Strong disciplined, multi-tasking and social skills
• Able to work independently, flexible, self-motivated and a good team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in marketing, real estate, surveying and any related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in real estate management, asset management, shopping malls or office leasing in developers, consultancies, real estate funds etc.
• Work experience in other business sectors with passion in real estate will also be considered
• Preferably with experience in handling community and neighbourhood shopping malls or commercial complex in Hong Kong
