Property Officer/Assistant Property Officer - Administration Department (Property Management)

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Holder of PMP License

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily estate operation including handling enquiries and complaints from residents owners
• Assist in the preparation of housing estate periodicals and overhaul project issues
• Responsible for editing and writing correspondences and documents such as estate notice, estate newsletter, meeting paper and minutes
• Participate in regular estate committee meetings and liaise with committee members
• Enforcement of the Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC) and House Rules
• Dealing with litigation cases at small claim tribunal and land tribunals for management fee

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property / Estate Management / administration, Journalism or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in property management, administration or corporate communications to apply
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good commend in written and spoken Chinese and English (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficient in PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Holder of PMP License / provisional PMP License is definitely an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
