Operation Officer

Main Purpose of role:

The Operations Officer is responsible for managing the operational and service delivery matter to the post of Guarding Services.

Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• To ensure the smooth day-to-day security operations at the post
• Lead the security team to work closely with the different departments of the post to ensure smooth daily operations and special events
• Handle complaints, requests and enquiries, support different departments’ activities
• Monitor the scheduling of manpower resources to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner

Requirements :

• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate
• A valid driving licence for Classes 1 & 2 for at least 12 months.
• Be proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese - a minimum of Form 5 standard or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in the commercial security environment, a disciplinary service or a service industry
