Leasing Officer

We are a serviced apartments company locates in Hong Kong Island area, looking for leasing officer.

Job Responsibilities:

* liaise and negotiate with tenants, property agents and other relevant parties for new lease and tenancy renewal;

* coordinate with various parties to provide tenant services such as technical provision support, move-in and move-out logistics, etc.;

* responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing agreements;

* handle tenant related enquiries and complaints;

Job Requirements:

* Form 5 or above;

* 1 year relevant working experience

* self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;

* good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
