Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in Accounting Studies
- 1-2 years relevant experience in account or audit operation
- Experience in account payable & receivable and GL functions
- Well-organized, energetic, detail-minded with proactive attitude
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good command of English, Mandarin will be an asset
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting operations including AP, AR
- Handle monthly bank reconciliation and maintain general ledger
- Arrange regular payment and perform voucher & journal entries
- Issue debit & credit note and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
