Internal Audit Assistant / Trainee

Fuji Photo Products Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company of China-Hongkong Photo Products Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1123)). We are the sole authorized distributor of Fujifilm products in Hong Kong and Macau. The Group has established an extensive network of importers and distributors in these two markets. We are looking for an ambitions, dynamic individual with clear career motivation to perform the following duties:

Internal Audit Assistant / Trainee

Responsibilities:

- Perform analytical review on business unit performance

- Conduct financial, operational, system and compliance audit engagements

- Provide practical recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of overall control environment

- Progressively, depending on experience and ability, assist in the drafting of audit (and other) reports

- Expected to be assisted/ trained initially and take on more responsibilities and be able to work independently as progress

- Participate in ad-hoc assignments by request of supervisor

Report to:

- Head of Internal Audit*

(* An Authorized Supervisor under the HKICPA Authorized Supervisor Scheme.)

Requirements:

- Degree Holder in Accounting or Corporate Governance related disciplines;

- 1-2 years relevant experience in internal audit, risk advisory or risk management

- In the process of seeking a professional qualification (MUST)

- Good time management skill, well-organized with strong analytical mind

- Be proactive, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work independently

- Knowledge of ERP Systems is preferred but not a must, well versed in MS Excel & Word

- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese

- Minimal travel in required

- More experience will be considered for the position of Internal Auditor

- Immediate available is highly preferred
