Responsibilities:

Handle full payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll, pension contributions, tax reports and related documentation in compliance with the set timelines

Maintain accurate employee records, including salaries, deductions, and other payroll-related information
-
Support the HRIS implementation and enhancement
-
Handle audit exercise with internal and external auditors
-
Prepare and consolidate HR-related reports with high quality and efficiency
-
Perform any ad-hoc HR duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably in Human Resources Management, Accounting or a related discipline
-
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in C&B, payroll processing and HRIS administration
-
Good knowledge in the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and relevant employment-related legislations
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills are highly desirable
-
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and good organizational skills with effective time management
-
A collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
