IT Support (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries including account administration, technical issue in related to hardware/ software / the user platform
• Conduct health check and support regular system maintenance/ upgrade
• Provide on-call support
• Handle any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Prior experience in customer services / helpdesk preferred
• Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, good problem-solving skills
• Shift duty is required
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
