What you will be doing / 職責包括：

• Maintain smooth flow and high quality of service in the reception / 保持接待處服務流暢高效
• Work closely with other team members and ensure guest expectations are well managed / 與團隊成員緊密合作，確保滿足賓客期望
• Provide professional Guest Relations / 提供專業的賓客關係管理
• Manage all communication channels for reservations and enquiries / 處理所有預訂和查詢的溝通渠道

Work Schedule / 工作時間：

• 9.5 hours per day including 1-hour break / 每天工作9.5小時，含1小時休息
• Shift time: 05:00 ~ 00:30 (Shift work required) / 輪班時間：05:00 ~ 00:30（需輪班）

What we are looking for / 要求：

• 1+ years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role / 1年以上接待員或類似職位經驗
• Experience with booking systems and Microsoft Office / 熟悉預訂系統和Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills / 良好的人際交往和溝通能力
• Customer-service oriented with excellent hospitality skills / 以客戶服務為導向，具備出色的接待技巧
• Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or Five Star Hotels is a plus / 有米其林餐廳或五星級酒店經驗者優先
• Passionate about people and team development / 熱愛與人交流，具備團隊發展意識
• High energy level and team player / 充滿活力，擅長團隊合作
• Mature, confident, with excellent leadership skills / 成熟自信，具備卓越的領導力
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must / 流利粵語和英語
