IBD Corporate Finance Analyst/ASO/Sr. ASO/VP/SVP

Responsibilities:

• Involves in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, M&A, financial/compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund-raising activities);

• Participates in the origination and execution of IPOs and other capital markets transactions, including project management/coordination, due diligence and project execution;

• Prepares internal memos, due diligence records, financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials, presentations and development of detailed financial models; and

• Communicates and coordinates with internal teams, clients, professional parties and regulators

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (i.e. CPA/CFA) is preferred;

• 2-10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis;

• Solid corporate finance experience in handling/completing IPO and M&A transactions is preferred while experience in international accounting firm and/or in vetting IPO applications in the role of regulator is an advantage;

• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules is required and Takeovers Codes is preferred;

• Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel as required;

• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; and

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
