Managing Director, IBD China Coverage

Responsibilities:

1.Lead the development of investment banking business for mainland Chinese companies, including Hong Kong IPOs, follow-on offerings, and financial advisory services, achieving assigned performance targets;

2.Establish and maintain long-term, stable relationships with key clients in mainland China, understanding their needs and providing capital market solutions;

3.Coordinate internal and external resources, particularly in liaising with domestic regulatory authorities, to ensure the smooth execution of projects

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Law, or a related field preferred In-depth;

2.Knowledge of domestic and international capital market regulations, with familiarity of Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements;

3.Solid relevant experience in the securities industry, with strong understanding of mainland China’s regulatory environment;

4.Proven business development and resource integration capabilities, with extensive mainland business channels and resources;

5.Familiarity with mainland China’s regulatory laws and policies, and ability to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources to drive project progress;

6.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships;

7.High professional ethics and integrity, compliance with laws and regulations, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to frequently travel within mainland China.
