Senior Manager, Leasing (HK Based)

What You Will Do

• A senior role to support Head of Leasing to execute and formulate retail leasing solutions and market insights

• Source leading and potential retailers in the emerging retail market landscape

• Research and analyse consumer trends and shopping behaviour

• Maximise occupancy level and rental for the retail portfolio

• Assist with the development and delivery of Leasing Plan

• Provide support to Retail Strategy by formulating trade mix plan including brand review and selection to optimise rental and occupancy

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of leasing reports and documents

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor's degree or above in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines

• An energetic talented team player with 12+ years of experience preferably gained from “Grade A” retail mall developers preferably with 3-5 years of managerial experience

• Knowledge of retail industry with global awareness of international retail trends

• Good negotiation, interpersonal and active listening skills

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Able to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Based in Hong Kong with business travel to Macao when required

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Associate Director
