Senior Property Officer / Property Officer (Kai Tak)

Responsibilities:

• To carrying out property management functions including cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service with high quality
• To lead and supervise the operation staff to provide quality services to the customers and tenants of the developments
• To handle complaint and accident cases
• To prepare documents and reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
• Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing prestigious shopping malls and / or Grade A commercial buildings
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is a must
• Knowledge of ISO standards will be an advantage
• Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Property Officer or Assistant Property Officer
