Job Description:
- Reserve space with assigned carriers & deal with any potential problem that may happen such as space/equipment shortage, schedule changed. - Necessary to provide alternative plan to CS Team to recover any potential problem that may caused to customer’s order being late/behind schedule
- Handle VGM, AMS, ISF, e-Manifest submission in timely manner
- Vsl onboard check and pre-alert sending
- Support & co-ordinate with CS Team to handle customer booking
- Customer Waybill and Billing creation
- Familiar with e-Booking / e-SI submission in Carriers eplatform.
Job Requirements:
- 1 years relevant working experience
- Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Hands-on PC operation in MS office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good team player, pro-active and attention to details
- Able to work independently and under pressure
