Job Description
Principal responsibilities:

Recommend call quality improvement / process streamline / control enhancement initiatives when appropriate

Compile and maintain customer experience related data and records for tracking and monitoring the service performance

Assist in administrative works, e.g. prepare performance report, implement staff motivation initiatives etc.

Handle ad hoc task assigned by management
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above
-
Minimum of one years' experience in data analytics, preferably with contact centre operations (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI …)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese typing).

Strong self-motivation, with good analytical, communication, presentation skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-
Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua
