Job Description

The Job

  • Perform data entry and update documentation to maintain accurate filing systems
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including meeting room bookings, transport arrangement and equipment setup
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area, ensuring compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate office supplies and consumables.
  • Carry out routine plant inspections and complaint investigations in peripheral areas
  • Carry out routine inspections outside the office for livestock farm
  • Support other ad-hoc office tasks as assigned

The Person

  • Higher Diploma or above in Environmental or related disciplines
  • Experience in project coordination or site administration
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in Cantonese, along with basic knowledge of English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
