Marketing Assistant - US Influencer marketing

Objective of the Position:

As a Marketing Assistant in our Online Marketing Team (Affiliate Marketing), you will work closely with team members on international marketing campaigns that will achieve our company goals. 

You will learn how to manage Affiliate programs, maintain relationships with existing & new connections, identify potential influencers for collaborations, and many more on a regional level.

What You'll Do:

• Help to plan and implement marketing campaigns for the US, Europe and Asia. Learn how to work within a budget and towards our marketing objectives. 
• Reach, manage and maintain a good relationship with existing & new connections including price comparison sites, coupon sites, influencers, bloggers and publishers.
• Coordinate with different parties to ensure desirable outcomes including sending product samples, managing content creation and tracking performance
• Help to analyze and report on the channel performance including actionable insights for enhancement and optimization
• Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings, and industry best practices

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• Up to 1 year experience in startups or media agencies is preferred, while it's open to fresh graduates with relevant internships 
• Organized and high attention to detail
• A dynamic “hunter” personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential
• Strong sense of teamwork, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
