Job Description:

• Coordinate with factories/forwarder in shipping schedule
• Prepare full set of shipping documentation
• Present documentation to bank

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• 2 years or above working experience in shipping field for toys / stationery / garment trading industry (mainly for US market). More experience will be considered as Senior Shipping Clerk
• Handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents independently
• Experience in JDE system is preferred
• Good computer skills especially in Word, Excel and Tradelink
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime
• Immediately available is preferred
