Job Description:
- Interpretation and Translation (e.g. documents related to Government) from Japanese to Cantonese & English
- Accompany with the owner closely (Meal, Travelling, e.t.c.)
- Attend in company events
- Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments
- Handling business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents
- Car arrangements
- Assisting in other administrative and marketing tasks as needed
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Responsible and attentive to details
- Secretary experience (F&B preferred) 5 years or above
- Proficient in Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Able to work in holiday
