Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist duties, administrative, clerical and logistic support to the office including couriers handling, equipment control, data entry and maintain filing system.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- F.5 / DSE or above, 2 years relevant experience.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST) & Chinese Word processing.
- Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skill.
- Initiative, flexible, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
- Immediately available will be highly preferred
