Customer Digital Experience Specialist

职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and address their needs on digital platform in a professional manner
  • Introduce brands and products to customers as well as provide high quality customer services
  • Review and identify customer journey and formulate strategy to uplift customer experience
  • Develop FAQ, product sales talk and sales tools to drive sales conversions and meet the KPIs defined by the company
  • Conduct market research on latest trend of e-Commerce platforms and provide recommendations
  • Work closely with internal teams including CRM, Marketing, Sales and Aftersales
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Together with integrity and passion, our ideal staff should meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business / Hospitality related disciplines
  • At least 1 years of working experience, preferably in the service industry; fresh graduation is also welcomed if suitable
  • Professional negotiation skills, problem solving and complaint handling skills
  • Passionate in automotive industry with appetite to drive innovative ideas and changes in matrix environment
  • Customer oriented, cheerful, self-motivated and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
