Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director of Operations and lead a team of 60 to 80 staff in one of the Sincere Department Stores
- Maximize sales results by sound retail management skills and effective business strategies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of concessionaire counters
- Promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in related disciplines
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in retail industry
- Proven track record of managing a large team with substantial business achievements
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong business minded and customer service oriented
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
