Site Supervisor – Fitting out and renovation projects

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all site work
• Liaise with contractors to ensure that working schedule, working procedures and quality control are strictly complied with the contract requirement
• Able to prepare master programme with MS Project format, assist Project Manager to prepare materials and shop drawings submission, and weekly progress report which shall include site photos record, safety issues and short term programme

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years experience in organised, supervised and completed fitting out and renovation projects
• Outdoor work is required
• Good communication skills
• Holder of Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card is a must
• Holder of TCP T1 / T3 and Construction Safety Supervisors Certificate is preferred
