 Job Description:

• Responsible for contract administration and commercial aspects of assigned projects
• Responsible for project budgeting, cost estimate, procurement, final account, VO valuation, measurement & other QS practices
• Co-ordination with different stakeholders
• Perform quantity surveying duties in measurements, eliminating errors and discrepancies, maintaining timely and accurate records, etc.
• Preparing project's valuation and tender, which are included but not limited to cost analysis based on drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying / Building Services / any Engineering disciplines or equivalent with 5 years or above of relevant experiences
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Requirements:

• MHKIS or MRICS would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications
• Willing to learn, outgoing, self-motivated, and friendly
• Team player with good communication skills
