Senior Manager - Workplace Renovation

Our client is a major Hong Kong-listed conglomerate with a broad business footprint spanning property, logistics, and other sectors. They are seeking an experienced talents to manage their workplace renovation and development project in Hong Kong.

Job Duties:

• Take overall project management lead in the renovation of our headquarters and drive office space enhancement projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and implement group-wide workplace design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in all locations.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, while troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Foster a dynamic and engaging office environment throughout the organization, enhancing employee experience and workplace culture.
• Supervise budgets, vendor management, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Construction or related discipline.

• 10+ years experiences in large-scale workplace renovation project management, ideally in sizable or multinational settings.

• Inhouse experience or project management consultancy experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and leading projects from concept to completion.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong budgeting, organization, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
