Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support on hardware, software, and applications for user
• Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary;
• Provide network and server support (backup and monitoring)
• To setup, maintain, and support Linux and Windows systems, including hardware, OS, and third-party software;
• Carry out hardware and software customizations and configurations setup.
• To follow standards, guidelines, and procedures for system implementation and support
• Apply the latest software patches or upgrade the software version;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Networks or related discipline
• At least 2 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of MS Windows, Office 365, Exchange Mail, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, etc.
• Hands-on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end-user support
• Experience in supporting Windows Server & Linux platform will be an advantage
• CCNA / MCP / MCSE holder is preferred, but not a MUST
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
