Sales Promotion Supervisor - Promoter Team

Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange demonstration activities in retail shops, shopping malls and events halls
• Recruit and maintain a strong team of demonstration promoters
• Train the team of promoters on product, retail operation and booth setup
• Arrange daily replenishment and maintain daily sales and stock report for each store
• Maintain good relationship with the store and operation team to ensure effective implementation
• Collect market intelligence
• Perform sales administration tasks including roster management, sales and inventory management
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Have experience in in-store demonstration, recruit and lead a team of promoters
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate the promoter team
• Have good relationship at store level
• Knowledge in basic MS office applications (eg excel, word)
• Flexibility to travel within designated area and work in shift as needed
• Independent, well organized and good team player
