Key accountabilities:
- Assist the manager to achieve sales objectives of the corporate store
- Maintain store smooth operation and fully comply with SOP.
- Maintain a proper stock inventory, execute stock count procedure, and order processing for both products and accessories
- To assist Shop Manager to develop potential staff and provide solutions to handle staff issues. Be a bridge between sales staff and shop manager and facilitate 3P culture (Positivity, Passion & Pride) among the team
- To facilitate the marketing programs to promote awareness of corporate store and enhance customer experience.
Candidate Profiles:
- Post-secondary education or above
- A minimum of 3 years’ retail experience with at least 1 year at supervisor level in shop to manage sales and operations
- Able to lead and drive performance and customer service
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
