Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to lead the technical revamp of our website, transitioning to a modern stack using Node.js, Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. The role involves integrating content via a API and ensuring a seamless, high-performance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the new www.am730.com.hk using Node.js, Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• Integrate content from a API to ensure dynamic and efficient content delivery.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in full stack web development.

• Proficiency in Node.js, Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• Experience with API integration, particularly APIs (e.g., WordPress, Strapi, or similar).

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PHP (to understand legacy systems during the transition).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or similar).

• Previous work on media or content-heavy websites.
