We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our POAD team.
Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings and all business-related activities.
· Assist in business operations by preparing and organizing documents, drafting correspondence, taking meticulous minutes, and diligently following up on action items.
· Conduct market research to provide insights on potential opportunities or risks.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely and effective responses to their needs.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of work experiences or above.
· Positive attitude, independent, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
· Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal, negotiation skills.
· Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
· Well organized, able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
· Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
