Associate Consultant/ Application Consultant/ Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business application to providing application support or advice to client
• Business analysis on client business process for config best fit system
• Prepare documentation throughout the implementation life cycle (e.g., Business Requirement, Customization Specification, Testing Script, and Training Material etc)
• Testing and Quality Assurance for tailor made function
• Conduct user training, presentation, project deployment and user testing support
• To proactive explore the up-to date system features to enrich our system solutions
• Helpdesk support for our customer on various business application

Requirement:

• Studied in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, Ecommerce or related subject
• Detail-minded, proactive attitude, logical , responsible, well-organized and good team player.
• Interested to learn, explore, and like to think out of the box.
• Able to meet tight project schedule.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin.
• Having hands-on experience with any Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central/Accounting/ERP/CRM/ SCM/Retail will be absolute advantage.
• Less experience will be considered as Associate Application Consultant.
