Sales Executive / Senior Specialist (Garment)

Responsibilities:

• Have good communication and negotiation skill, maintain contacts with mill and factory
• Handle sample co-organizing including development with delivery monitor skill, costs / quotation handles, kind of design spread mind is helpful
• Prepare the presentation materials for development of each season
• Prepare collection from suppliers
• Assist in back-up orders following up with mills and factories in between team
• Manage orders by pre-planning shipments with factories, following internal company process, contract input, inventory settlement with company across shipping / accounts team.
• Monitoring supplier documentation, including pricing and ensuring accurate submissions
• Participate in the team on achieving departmental target and company goals with corporate timeline
• Travel to China and overseas may be required
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Graduated with HKCEE/HKDSE or above is must;
• Advanced Diploma or higher in Textile, Fashion, Clothing or related discipline is preferred;
• At least 3 years’ experience in garment & shirt business, candidates with more experiences would also be considered as Senior Specialist
• Have woven fabric knowledges and relative accounting experiences, can sourcing independently
• Strong sense of responsible, proactive and well organized, able to work under pressure
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude in teamwork, also rapid response & report to supervisor
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Hands on PC skills, including MS office (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail); as well as English and Chinese typing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
