停車場電車充電服務大使 (Customer Service Ambassador) – 近竹篙灣 (2025年12月中至2026年1月尾) (合約制時薪$100)

職責:

• 於停車場提供現場諮詢等服務予電動車充電服務使用人士;

• 現場初步處理乘客查詢，投訴，介紹如何使用充電服務及應用程式，確保服務標準;

• 執行上級指派的工作。

入職要求:

• 香港中學會考 (HKCEE) 或香港中學文憑試(HKDSE)同等或以上學歷 (如副學士)，

• 具有一年或以上相關的工作經驗;

• 良好廣東話、普通話溝通

• 有親和力，溝通能力好，客戶服務技巧強;

• 熟識電動車充電服務優先

• 當值時間:星期一至日(及公眾假期) 上午９時至下午６時 (一小時無薪午膳時間)-最少一星期5天
