Office Assistant

Purpose of the Job

This role will be responsible to provide general administrative support, including conducting outdoor assignments, assisting with the setup and coordination of company events and office decorations, and handling the distribution of internal documents and courier orders with the office.

此職位負責提供一般行政工作，包括外勤工作、協助公司活動的場地安排、辦公室佈置，以及處理內部文件和速遞的分發工作。

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outdoor assignments such as mailing, document collection and delivery, cheques deposit, etc.
• Assist with preparation of and provide on-site support to company event and office decoration, including but not limited to venue setup and logistics coordination.
• Handle circulations and distribution for internal document and courier orders.
• Provide general clerical support to the department, e.g. data entry, scanning and filing etc.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• 協助籌備公司活動及辦公室佈置，並提供現場支援，如場地及設施安排、協調物流安排等
• 處理及分發內部信件和速遞
• 提供一般基本文書工作，包括資料輸入、文件掃描及存檔等
• 支援其他所指派的工作

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and with self-initiative.
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
• Manual handling and heavy duties may be involved.
• Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and fair English.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

• 可能涉及體力勞動工作
• 懂操作MS Office及中文打字
• 具備良好粵語及簡單英語溝通能力
• 能即時上班者優先考慮
