Job Description
Job duties:
- Perform leasing related work (e.g. renewal of existing shops, acquisition of new locations) as well as tenancy administration
- Conduct market research, analyze market information and recommend new potential locations for business expansion
- Liaise and maintain excellent relations with landlords, property developers, government bodies, business partners and internal stakeholders
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma holder in any disciplines
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
- 1-2 years working experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken & written)
- Proactive, energetic and willing to take up challenges and work under pressure
