Job Description

Job duties:

  • Perform leasing related work (e.g. renewal of existing shops, acquisition of new locations) as well as tenancy administration
  • Conduct market research, analyze market information and recommend new potential locations for business expansion
  • Liaise and maintain excellent relations with landlords, property developers, government bodies, business partners and internal stakeholders

Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in any disciplines
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed
  • 1-2 years working experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken & written)
  • Proactive, energetic and willing to take up challenges and work under pressure
